The follow-up involving rubble processing of an East Japan earthquake disaster.

The Japanese local goverment announced acceptance of rubble by the campaign by the government and the mass media the middle of the month in March.

However, the local goverment is asking the central government for check work from a possibility that the causative agent of soil pollution is mixed with rubble. ≫* A contaminant is asbestos. And it is PCB. And arsenic. And it is hexagon chromium.

If they invade into a human body, they will bring about health impairment. A risk is a tumor of a lung. And the abnormalities of cell division. And people are worried about paralysis of a nerve.

However, the government may judge with the same feeling as re-operation of a nuclear power plant. Postwar Japanese culture changed to the tendency which gives priority to form over a life.

When the mountain of visible rubble is considered to be a symbol of disgrace, they choose what is smart. Selection may be judgment when it is made to distribute rather than investigating.

I remembered FUMI-E. Japan saved the power relationship of the center by sum rye, and rural areas, when shifting from medieval times to the present age. This power is control of budget allotment.

The system is the way of thinking which sorts out loyalty by action to step on.

Many Japanese already forget that democracy movements were reemployment activities of sumurai in fact.

However, real sumurai is also still alive. In Iwate Prefecture of a stricken area, the governor is requesting the procedure which completes a self-processing system from a central government bureaucrat. The place to commit is made there.

Although it is an idea which avoids a blank until it returns to the original life, from a central government bureaucrat, the reply has not returned yet.

{I feel that the judgment which returns the leadership to people makes international governmental dignity raise.
