Exhaustion of European countries spreading by World War I. Confusion of Russia by a revolution. The China continent is confused. The nonintervention principle to a U.S. economic panic & foreign country strategy. What had occurred in Japan at the time?

What is fascism?
It is rule of the public opinion by one standard. In Europe, sharing of a race or racial consciousness tended to realize social order as a standard replaced with a monarchial system. Borrowing scientific nature study, color consciousness and the cultural & language research by archaeology attracted people's attention. The way of thinking spread also in the world under colonial rule. In Italy, the national fascist party was born by the workers who suffer from depression. The party name spread by the mass media is the origin of a word of fascism.
Dissatisfaction grew in the compensation demand of a territory division & large sum in Germany. The internal ideal of people who become destitute is expressed by restoration of exclusive racial consciousness and faith social order. The Nazis party supported to support and advertisement tried to invent social order by exclusion of people who are not suitable for Germany.
